When submitting a rework or cover up i need a certain type of photo so i can doodle on the image on my ipad. Please attach a well lit photo, stand up straight in a military stance, have someone else take the photo or use a self timer. NO SELFIES or angles! If you are leaning or not straight on, the image distorts. When distorted I cant see the true image. I will draw directly onto this photo on my ipad to help achieve your goals. (See example photos: You can see where I drew the skulls directly onto the clients photo for best results)

APPOINTMENT PROCESS:
- Fill out form below and submit for review
- Tattoo Idea & Project Details are discussed via email 
- Pricing (quote is good for 1 yr if you choose to book appointment

at later date just email back from the same email thread) &

Appointment Date are agreed upon by both parties via email
- Client pays Non-refundable deposit with venmo

- Balances are paid with venmo or CASH  (deposit comes off total price)
- After Deposit is received Client's appointment locked into Google Calendar
